I cannot figure out how to get the images to display in the featured post rotator. What do I have to do to fix this?

Please download and install the plugin “Popularity Contest”, it’ll fix the issue. The plugin is already located in the download .zip file, so you don’t have to look anywhere!

It may be that the theme on WordPress 2.91 is not working. For the content slider I can find no way the images to load. Would be grateful for a tip!

Seems like there’s something wrong in /themes/starcad/glide-flash.php, row 5: $my_query = new WP_Query(‘category_name=’. $glidecat .’&showposts=’. $glidecount);
I changed it in
$my_query = new WP_Query(‘cat=1&showposts=’. $glidecount);
and it works (even if “Featured Post Category” in theme options is now useless)

Hello admin,
what is going on here and what a website is this here? No contact information or tips who will understand? Starcade is free and then it should work or what it depends. A few answers were good about it if the theme has been tested with Wordpress 2.91, or where to get installation tips. Content slider works only partially and bring the opportunity to preview images in the article is completely missing in the dashboard.
?? Ask for help or a tip!

I was reading something else about this on another blog. Interesting. Your position on it is diametrically contradicted to what I read a few months ago. I am still thinking about throughout the particular distinctive points of view, but I’m tipped intensely toward the one you have. Along with no matter of whether, that’s what is so super on the subject of modernized democracy and the marketplace of concepts over the internet.
I’d like to know how to change the page nav. Right now it only shows categories, how do I switch it to listing specific pages without losing lavalamp functionality?

I have the starcad theme installed and was just curious if there was a way to make a second glide flash for a different categories.
And also, seems the flash glide doesnt work in certain browsers, any way to fix this?
and how do I stop the featured posts from filling up the page when it loads?

I have some problems with the installation please,
I´ve got 2 Folders under Folder Plugin:
popularity-contest & wp_pagenavi
How I have to extract the files on my server:
- separate as 2 folders under Plugin
- or should I put all the files together under Plugins?
In any case I´ve got a Warning on Wordpress next to the Option “Plugins” appears a “1″. I also don´t know wich Plugins I have to activate?

Hello, love your themes! I am using Starcad in particular.
I am running into an issue, however, and I’m sure the answer is staring me in the face. When I use elements inside of a post, such as an ordered or unordered list, blockquote or what not, it seems to be picking up CSS from the master theme css, which causes it to behave weird. For instance, when using ordered or unordered lists, there is absolutely no padding, which looks odd. I’ve tried over-writing it using !important on inline, but it doesn’t do anything.
Any ideas?
Glide flash doesn’t work. It stops working after some time, any solution?
